By purchasing a ticket for F&I Masterclass , you agree to the terms and conditions as outlined below.

General

Each Offer/Coupon cannot be used in conjunction with any other other unless otherwise stated. Coupons are only valid during the advertised promotion period. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Digital Product Purchases

You will receive access to the digital product as stated on the product description you purchased. If you have any problems accessing the digital content you have purchased, please contact our office so we can help resolve the issue.

Dealer F&I University LLC does not grant any rights to the buyer to share, reproduce or resell the product in any way.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Tickets for F&I Masterclass are fully refundable if attendee requests refund BEFORE the start date of the class.

All Refunds must be requested by email.

We do not accept any verbal "Refunds" or "cancellations", All must be in writing, the policy stated here is strictly adhered to.

Account Status

If your account is in arrears or not in good standing for any reason, then any special offers, flash sales, deals, bonuses, gifts with purchase, coupons, discounts and incentives are not available for use.

By purchasing any product or program from this website, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy as well as the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
